A somewhat rough Friday afternoon for me. It was the memorial service for Aunt Stephanie Meier. She was a close friend of my parents until they had died. And for all of my life they were family to my siblings and myself. I have tried to make sure to stop in and visit with Aunt Steph and Uncle George from time to time. The memorial service was held at Fountain Street Church in downtown Grand Rapids and it was a very nice service. Jim, Dave and Chips girls, Katie, Suki and Maggie and one of the neighbors did very great job with the eulogy.
